2006 Honda Civic EX Sedan 4D, HELP NEED ADVISE?

Check with your insurance company to see if they will insure it.
If you are taking out a loan the bank may not finance it.
I would stay away from a salvage title car. Once you buy it you will own it it till you give it away or it dies. Being a salvage it may die sooner then later. If you try to trade it in at a dealership they will see it is salvage and it's value will be next to nothing.
